    PICAYUNE RANCHERIA TRUSTS ITS TRIBAL RECORDS TO AMI

    Coarsegold, CA, FEBRUARY 22, 2010 — Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians have invited AMI – The Paperless Company back for a second "tour of duty" of on-site document scanning. After a greatly successful project completion last year when AMI imaged all of their Member Files, they were excited to implement the same document management techniques in other departments as well. Now that they are realizing the many benefits such as ease of access, increased security and preservation of irreplaceable documents, they’re headed down the paperless trail.

    AMI was able to provide the imaged documents, fully indexed, in a format that was compatible with their existing Progeny document management system and within a matter of a week they were securely accessing documents that had taken expensive time and labor to research, obtain, and replace.
